Michael Gross is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of TruSilver. He is an experienced executive and corporate leader with over 20 years of business development experience. He brings seasoned capital markets and venture-stage board experience, including past lead director roles with Linear Gold Corp. and Brigus Gold Corp., and currently serves as a director of Fortune Bay Corp., providing experience across the full lifecycle of mineral projects from discovery through to buy-out. Mr. Gross has also been actively involved in the financing and development of both public and private companies. In addition to his mining experience, he is a medical entrepreneur and founder of Inkwell Health (inkwellhealth.com), and has served as a director of Sona Nanotech Inc.
Matt Rees is Vice-President, Exploration and a director of TruSilverMetals Corp. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist with more than 40 years of domestic and international experience in mineral exploration, project evaluation and mineral-resource development.
Mr. Rees spent more than 11 years with IAMGOLD Corporation, serving as Manager, New Opportunities Exploration from 2012 to 2018 and Chief Geologist from 2018 to 2023. During his tenure, he was part of the IAMGOLD team responsible for discovering or acquiring approximately 29million ounces of gold. He was also a member of the exploration team recognized with the Association de l’exploration minière du Québec’s2019 Discovery of the Year Award for the Nelligan Gold Project in Quebec.
Before joining IAMGOLD, Mr. Rees served as Vice-President, Exploration and Chief Geologist of Stockport Exploration, formerly Linear Metals, where he directed international exploration programs and contributed to significant discoveries at the Seymour Lake lithium project in Ontario and the Nyanza gold project in Kenya. He also led the drilling program that produced an NI 43-101 mineral-resource estimate for the KM61 molybdenum-copper-silver deposit.
Previously, Mr. Rees spent 17 years as Senior Geologist, International, with Noranda-Falconbridge. He later served as a director and lead technical advisor of Copper Road Resources Inc. from2022 to 2024. Mr. Rees holds a Master of Science degree and brings extensive expertise in greenfield and brownfield exploration, drill-target generation, mineral-resource modelling, project acquisition and the evaluation of mineral opportunities.
Rick Huang is the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of TruSilver Metals Corp. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a senior financial executive with over a decade of experience serving as CFO of publicly traded companies.
Mr. Huang has extensive expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and board-level financial oversight. He has led and supported numerous public equity financings totalling over $100 million and has significant experience guiding companies through go-public transactions.
Rick was CFO and Corporate Secretary of Tiger Gold Corp. from January 2025 to July 2026 while Tiger Gold completed its qualifying transaction with a capital pool company to list on the TSX-V and completed more than $40 million in financings.
Peter is to be appointed as a Director upon completion of the TruSilver's announced Qualifying Transaction with Galaxy Ventures Inc. He is a mining executive with over 30 years of global operational and project development experience, including senior leadership roles with Glencore plc and Koniambo Nickel SAS. Currently a director of Sibanye Stillwater Ltd.
Peter Hancock is President and CEO of Sherritt International Corporation and a director of Sibanye Stillwater Ltd. and a mining executive with 30+ years of experience, primarily with Glencore plc. During his tenure at Glencore, he managed the Murrin Murrin nickel-cobalt mining operations in Western Australia and served as President of Koniambo Nickel SAS from 2011 to 2016, where he led the completion, commissioning, and ramp-up of the US$7-billion Koniambo Nickel Mine in New Caledonia—one of the largest greenfield nickel projects globally. Earlier in his career, he oversaw operations at the Brunswick Smelter and led Technology and Business Development for Noranda Zinc, contributing to significant advancements in mineral processing and operational efficiency.

William White is a director of TruSilver. He has over 8 years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance, and business development. He is the Chief Executive Officer of WCG Cap Partners Corp., a family office focused on building a portfolio of growth companies, including in the resource sector. Mr. White has been involved in the identification, financing and development of numerous ventures and brings strong expertise in strategic planning, capital raising and corporate governance. Mr. White’s recent activities include co-founding Tiger Gold Corp., a gold exploration company.
Penelope White is a mining entrepreneur, capital markets executive and corporate finance professional with more than 25 years of experience in public markets, corporate transactions, entrepreneurship and go-public strategies. Ms. White holds a BA and an LLB and has participated in dozens of public market transactions, including financings, corporate restructurings, listings, and M&A.
Ms. White has been recognized as a PROFIT Magazine Top Canadian Entrepreneur and as a national finalist for the RBC Award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship. She has also completed the Leading Sustainable Corporations and Climate Emergency programs at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, reflecting her interest in sustainability, responsible business and long-term value creation.
Ms. White is a co-founder of Tiger Gold Corp., a gold exploration company, and has been involved in developing resource-sector opportunities, including corporate strategy, project evaluation, financing, marketing, and investor communications.
Jeff Burke is Project Geologist and a Qualified Person for TruSilverMetals Corp. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with approximately 20 years of practical experience spanning mineral exploration, mining operations, project management, environmental permitting and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Burke has worked as a consultant and field manager for exploration companies, mining operators, engineering firms, government agencies and technology ventures, including Stantec, Mercator Geological Services, the Nova Scotia Government and KorrAI. His Atlantic Canadian experience includes approximately 15 years of involvement with the Hope Brook Gold Project in Newfoundland, as well as work on epithermal and intrusion-related gold systems throughout the Avalon Terrane.
As Project Geologist, Mr. Burke coordinates field exploration, geological mapping, sampling, drill-program execution, geological interpretation, quality-assurance and quality-control procedures, and the management and verification of technical data for the Sturgis-Walton Silver Project. As a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, here views and approves the scientific and technical information disclosed by the Company concerning the Project.
Jim Michaelis is the Vice President of Exploration and a Director of TruSilver Metals. He is a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) with over 3 decades of global experience in mineral exploration and project development, with a focus on base and precious metals. Mr. Michaelis is a leading expert on the Walton–Sturgis system and has led and participated in numerous exploration programs across North America and internationally. He previously served as a project geologist with Gulf Minerals and Billiton (now BHP), and brings extensive expertise in geological modelling, geophysics, and drill program design and execution. Mr. Michaelis has played key roles in advancing exploration-stage projects toward development and is a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101, responsible for overseeing the Company’s exploration strategy.
